Flying Studios 2019 Teacher Training
Deepen your practice with the Flying Studios 200-hour teacher training led by Flying Studios founder Laura Camp, ERYT, and Rebecca Thieneman, ERYT. Explore the rich textures of yoga, from the philosophical to the physical, with a team of guest lecturers who are experts in their field.
Whether you intend to become a teacher or not, the FYTT paves the way for profound transformation through focused and guided self exploration. The custom-built curriculum is offered with a good balance between lecture and practice teaching time, and you will graduate with a good foundation for teaching well rounded Yang (active) and Yin (receptive) styles of physical yoga.

Structure and schedule
Previously split into three separate modules, the training schedule has been consolidated to a single run between Jan 12 and Apr 14. In addition to the practice times below, students are encouraged to attend other classes at Flying throughout the training. All trainees will have unlimited access to our regular schedule of classes throughout the training.

- Tuesdays + Thursdays from 6 - 8a
- Saturdays from 1 - 4p
- Sundays from 1 - 5p
- Saturdays from 10:15 - 11:30a w. Laura
- Wednesdays from 7:30 - 8:45p OR Sundays from 9:30 - 10:45a w. Rebecca
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due upon acceptance into the training. The full cost of tuition will vary based on the date the application is submitted:
$3000 (by Nov 1) / $3300 (after Nov 1)
To keep the doors to our training open to as many as possible, we do offer a payment plan. The plan is structured as four payments made in 30 day increments, with the first payment being at the time of enrollment and including the $500 non-refundable deposit. This will equal 4 payments of $825 ($3300 total).
A work trade position will be awarded to one applicant based upon need and skills that fit the position. For more information on how to apply for the work trade scholarship, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made before September 10th will be in full minus the $500 deposit; cancellations made from September 10th will not be eligible for a refund.
To apply, please fill out our online application. Following submission, you should expect to hear back within 7 days with an invite for a 15 minute follow-up conversation with one of the lead instructors. This will be an opportunity to start interfacing with us and ask any questions you might have whatsoever.
Following that conversation, you will have the opportunity to put your deposit down and reserve your spot in the training.
