Welcome to Flying -- and thanks for trying out some new things.
If you're new to yoga we suggest starting with Deep Flow, Mellow Flow, or Nourishing Flow yoga classes. Our dance and strength classes are all geared towards all-levels, including beginners, but we suggest introducing yourself to the instructor (if they don't say hi first!) to let them know you're new.
It's good to bring a towel and some water. If you don't want to invest in a mat, we rent them for $2 cash (to pay for cleaning costs -- yay!). Bring shoes with non-marking soles for dance and strength classes.
